Build a recipe for your stack

Pick the tools you use. You get the recipes that already fit your stack, and a prompt your own AI assistant can use to design new workflows from this site's verified facts.

1. Which tools do you use?

CRM
Outreach and sales engagement
Prospecting and data
Intent and signals
Research and scraping
Call recording and support
Automation and workflow
Email, calendar and chat
Marketing and content
Attribution, partners and billing

2. What's your role?

Your goal goes into the prompt only. It isn't saved in the share link or sent anywhere.

3. Where will you paste the prompt?

4. Your recipes and prompt

Pick at least one tool to see the recipes that fit and your prompt.

Your prompt

What happens next?

Paste the prompt into your assistant. It runs on your own subscription, and this site never sees what you ask it. The prompt tells the assistant to check which tools you have connected, suggest five workflows, and ask before building one. Every step that writes, sends or spends credits waits for your approval.

If a workflow works for you, share it as a recipe. New to connecting tools? Start here.

Use it every time

Instead of pasting a prompt each time, add the recipe builder to your assistant once. It follows the same rules as the prompt above, and works from the same verified facts (checked 2026-10-16). Version 2.

In Claude, as a skill

Download gtm-recipe-builder-v2.zip

  1. In Claude, open Customize → Skills.
  2. Click +, then Create skill, then Upload a skill, and choose the ZIP file.
  3. In a chat, ask something like "What can I automate with HubSpot and Gong?" Claude uses the skill when it fits.

Skills need code execution turned on (Settings → Capabilities on Free, Pro and Max). On Team and Enterprise plans, an owner can turn off user-created skills. The skill reads the latest facts from this site when it can, and falls back to the copy inside the ZIP when it can't, and tells you which one it used.
