It uses Microsoft Entra ID OAuth 2.0 (delegated; admin consent required; app-only auth not supported) over Remote MCP (https://workiq.svc.cloud.microsoft/mcp); also local stdio (npx -y @microsoft/workiq mcp). Agents can use: fetch / fetch_blob (read mail, calendar, Teams, files), create_entity / update_entity / delete_entity, do_action / call_function (e.g. send mail, calendar view).

2. Complete the OAuth sign-in. In Claude Code, run /mcp and pick the server.
