List my meetings today that include people outside [my company domain]. Look up each attendee's company in my CRM. Find my next meeting with people outside [my company domain] on my calendar and write a one-page brief. Start with the meeting time and attendees so I can check it's the right one. Then cover: 1. From my CRM: deal stage, amount, close date, the last five activities with dates, and open tasks. 2. From the web: news about the company from the last [30] days, with sources and dates. 3. Three questions to ask, each tied to something above. 4. Risks I should know about. If the CRM has no data for a section, write "nothing logged" instead of filling it in. Read only: don't change anything in my tools.

What did we talk about last time? Read only Uses credits
A recap of past conversations with this account before you join the next one.
Tools it needs
- Your call recorder (any one of)
Summarize my past calls with [company name]. Cover: what they said their goals are, any concerns or objections, who spoke for them, what we promised to do, and anything still open. Quote the buyer's own words where your call recorder gives them, with the call date. Before you use Gong, tell me how many lookups you'll run (each may use credits) and wait for my OK. If an answer comes from Gong, it's a summary, not a quote: label it that way, and say which call it came from if Gong shows it. If you only find one call, say so. Read only: don't change anything in my tools.
Who's in the room? Read only Uses credits
Roles and history for each attendee, so you know who you're talking to.
Tools it needs
- Your calendar
- Google Calendar uses: “list_events”
- Your CRM (any one of)
- HubSpot uses: “CRM search (read only)”
- Salesforce uses: “SOQL query (soqlQuery) and SOSL search (find)”
- Pipedrive uses: “persons (contacts)”, “activities”
- Attio uses: “records search (read only)”
- A prospecting database (any one of)
For my meeting with [company name] on [date], list every attendee from the invite. Show a table with one row per person: title, contact in my CRM (yes/no), the last time we spoke with them, and their likely role in the deal (for example: decision maker, champion, user, blocker). Look up anyone who isn't in my CRM in my prospecting database. Tell me how many lookups you'll run (each may use credits) and wait for my OK. Mark any guess as a guess. Read only: don't change anything in my tools.
Find the gaps to ask about Read only Uses credits
Spot what you still don't know about a deal, and turn it into questions.
Tools it needs
- Your CRM (any one of)
- HubSpot uses: “CRM search (read only)”
- Salesforce uses: “SOQL query (soqlQuery) and SOSL search (find)”
- Pipedrive uses: “deals”, “notes”
- Attio uses: “records search (read only)”
- Your call recorder (any one of)
Review the deal [deal name] using my CRM and my call recorder. Check what we know about each MEDDICC element: metrics (the result they want), economic buyer, decision criteria, decision process, identify pain (the problem they named), champion and competition. For each one, mark it known, partly known or unknown, and give the evidence, with its date if you have it. Before you use Gong, tell me how many lookups you'll run (each may use credits) and wait for my OK. If an answer comes from Gong, it's a summary, not a quote: label it that way, and say which call it came from if Gong shows it. Then write one question per gap for me to ask on my next call. Read only: don't change anything in my tools.
Full recipe: Deal review prep: MEDDICC gap check
Prep for likely objections Read only Uses credits
The pushback you're likely to hear, and short replies to practice.
Tools it needs
- Your call recorder (any one of)
Look at past conversations on the deal [deal name] and list the concerns or objections the buyer raised, in their words where your call recorder gives them. Before you use Gong, tell me how many lookups you'll run (each may use credits) and wait for my OK. If an answer comes from Gong, it's a summary, not a quote: label it that way, and say which call it came from if Gong shows it. For each one, write a short reply I could use and a question to understand it better. Use only what the buyer actually said. If nothing came up, say so. Read only: don't change anything in my tools.

Save the brief as a note on the deal Changes data
Keep your prep on the CRM record so the team can see it.
Tools it needs
- Your CRM, to save a note (any one of) Changes data
- HubSpot uses: “logs activities (calls, emails, meetings, notes, tasks)”
- Salesforce uses: “creates, updates and deletes Salesforce records (platform/sobject-all server)”
- Pipedrive uses: “creates and updates notes”
- Attio uses: “creates notes and updates note content”
Save the brief we just made as a note on the deal [deal name] in my CRM. Use the title "Call prep: [date]". Show me the record you'll attach it to and the full note text. Don't delete any records. Show me exactly what you'll change first, and wait for my yes before you change anything.
Check that it's the right deal (several deals at one company is a common mix-up) and that the note doesn't include anything you wouldn't want the whole team to read.
